Question: Can I pick up at non-Hertz location?

No. The pick-up and drop off is strictly at Hertz locations. Refer to Location Guide for more details.

Question: Can I pick up and drop off my vehicle during public holidays?

Yes, you can pick up and drop off your vehicle during public holidays. However, please note that a surcharge of RM70 will be levied for this service.

Question: Where is Hertz nearest location?

We have 17 outlets strategically located in major cities and airports. For detailed information about our outlets, please refer to our Contact Us page.

Question: Can I drive into Singapore or other neighbouring countries?

No, all Hertz cars are strictly prohibited from being driven into Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, and Indonesia. Additionally, Hertz vehicles are prohibited from being loaded onto other modes of transportation via sea, river, and air for usage from the mainland to destinations like Langkawi, Tioman, Redang, Pangkor Island, etc.

Question: Can I return my rented car to a different location?

Yes, you can return your rented car to a different Hertz location. However, please note that a repositioning fee will be levied for one-way rentals. Detailed charges will be made available at the time of booking. This service is applicable within Hertz outlets only.

Question: How can I return the car after your business hours?

If you need to return the car after our business hours, we provide a key drop facility for your convenience. Please seek further clarification on the process upon vehicle collection.
